Athletic Complex Manager- City of Munford
The City of Munford is seeking an Athletic Complex Manager
To manage, maintain and supervise all operations of the city’s outdoor athletic complex.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: management and coordination of leagues, facilities, youth baseball, adult softball, baseball and/or softball summer camps, concessions and all other activities at the complex. The candidate must be able to build interpersonal relationships with youth, parents, coaches, personnel and other cities/districts. Qualified candidates should have experience in field maintenance and operation of an outdoor facility, basic maintenance and repair, and supervision of personnel. Knowledge of facilities and equipment needed to maintain and operate the facility, turf maintenance and baseball rules and regulations. Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and have the ability to develop a strong rapport with other departments, employees, districts and participants. The ideal candidate possesses problem solving abilities, the ability to work collaboratively, an understanding of the unique role that parks and recreation plays to a diverse population and is a self-starter.
