Key Responsibilities

The Parks & Recreation Director provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for all departmental operations, including:

• Parks maintenance and development
• Recreation programming
• Athletics and sports facilities
• Community events and festivals
• Capital improvement projects
• Staff leadership and development
• Budget preparation and management
• Community engagement and partnerships

Qualifications

Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent, six (6) to ten (10) years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
